Education is not merely the acquisition of knowledge; it is a powerful means of shaping character, developing sensitivity, and nurturing a sense of responsibility towards society. At Primary Teacher Education College (PTEC), Barh, our aim is not only to prepare competent teachers but also to develop ethical, compassionate, innovative, and socially responsible educators who can contribute meaningfully to the development of the nation.

Our student-teachers are the future builders of society. I encourage every trainee to make the best use of the knowledge, skills, and values gained during the training programme and to carry them into their classrooms and communities. A good teacher inspires curiosity, creativity, equality, discipline, and a scientific outlook among learners.
